Meet the Founder

 Jan Grose, founder and president of Creative HR Solutions, Inc., has more than twenty years of human resource and organizational development experience. During her corporate career, Jan served as an HR Executive in medium- to large-sized companies, and she has held HR leadership roles with HealthEast, Silicon Graphics (SGI), CAMAX Systems and Cray Research. She founded Creative HR Solutions in 1999 to help high-growth organizations continue their success by using external HR resources to develop, implement or launch initiatives. Some of our clients include: UnitedHealth Group, Wal*Mart, 3M, Best Buy, Genus Technologies, Medical Technologies, Keller Williams Realtors, Deluxe Corporation and NRG Energy.

A native Minnesotan, Jan has a degree in Business from Moorhead State University and attended graduate school in the Industrial Relations Program at the University of Minnesota.
